ARCHIVES: Dry Pie !




Dry Pie
You need one 9” unbaked crust.
Mix together:
2 eggs +
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. sugar

Add:
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. ginger
¼ t. cloves
1 t. salt +
2 TB flour

Then mix in:
16 oz can pumpkin +
1 ½ c. evaporated milk or cream

Pour into pie shell. Bake @ 425° F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 1 hour more.
