Lucille Collins' Whiskey Pie "this pie is 'strickly for wakes'!"

One graham cracker crust

Filling
12 oz cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 TB flour
3 TB whiskey

Topping
1 C sour cream
3 TB sugar
1 TB whiskey

Soften cream cheese. Beat with flour, sugar, eggs and whiskey until thick as cream.
Pour into pie shell and bake 20 mins. at 375° F

Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of pie.

Bake 5 minutes more, then chill.
