Rainbow Pie (Finnin’s Version, age 4)
You take 6 spoons of flour, some garlic and some blueberries.
Squish it together then roll it out.
Put it in the pan and then in the oven that’s very hot for 7 minutes.
Then you take it out and put a lime in it.
Then some yogurt. Cool for 8 minutes. Then you take it out. Let it cool for 14 minutes. When its dry and not hot you put the rainbow on. You can use canoy. Then you eat it without sharing.

Her Mother, the famous Sara Dominis, sent a slightly more edible version:

Cookie crust:
2 c. choc. Chips
3 Tbs butter
1 1/4 choc. Cookie crumbs

Combine 1/2 c. choc. Chips and butter over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until melted and smooth. Add crumbs and rest of chips. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Chill til firm.

Filling:
Any of your favorite green and edible substances—i.e.: dyed pudding jello, ice cream, dyed coconut, key lime pie filling is quite snappy.

Decorations:
Colored pipe cleaners, licorice, sprinkles colored frosting, etc…. And don’t forget to share!
