ARCHIVES: Vinegar Pie





7. Pie of the (yes I know it’s late!) Month Club.

Vinegar Pie—Yes! It’s good!

1 9” unbaked pie shell
1 stick melted margarine or butter
2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. vanilla
3 eggs

Beat together*, pour into shell. Bake 45 minutes at 300.

*You could add some raisins if you like.
